Chlamydia Symptoms

One of the very serious aspects of chlamydia is that there are, often, no symptoms.

Different sources cite differing statistics as to how many people experience no symptoms. However, they tend to indicate that

  • 70-90% of women and
  • up to 25% of men

Have no symptoms. (1) Because of this, people may have the infection for a long time - even years without knowing – and continue to infect others.
